Terms of Service

1. Services

Tetmide Marketing provides performance marketing consultancy services including but not limited to: paid advertising management, landing page optimisation, email marketing, attribution setup, and related digital marketing services. All services are provided as described in individually agreed Service Agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for: ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their operating jurisdictions; providing accurate information about their products and business; complying with platform terms of service; and maintaining their own business registrations and licences.

3. Payment Terms

Management fees are payable monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately and must be maintained at agreed minimum levels for campaigns to remain active. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to: campaign performance data, client business information, and our proprietary methodologies and frameworks.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Tetmide Marketing retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and templates. Campaign performance data remains accessible to clients for 12 months after engagement end.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tetmide Marketing's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for third-party platform decisions (including ad account suspensions where we have followed compliance protocols), changes to platform policies, or force majeure events.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Tetmide Marketing may terminate immediately if a client materially breaches platform terms of service or applicable law. Pre-paid fees for unused service periods are refundable pro-rata.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
